Fertilizers

 

A man was riding his horse along the coast of France a few years back when both he and the horse collapsed. They had breathed in poisonous gas released by the sea because of a red tide. The tide was caused by chemical fertilizers being washed into the sea through rivers and the underground water table. The man was lucky to be saved but the horse died.

Therein lies the main difference between the two:

Chemical fertilizers are polluting the earth, destroying the natural state of the soil, killing water life and contributing to air pollution and global warming. Because crops respond less and less to fertilizers(a process known as eutrophication), more and more fertilizer needs to be used on each successive crop. This causes more damage and costs more money.

GeoMico, as a company, aims to redress this situation. GeoMico products are class 1 organisms, meaning that they occur naturally and are in no way genetically modified(GMA). All microbes used in GeoMico are non-pathogenic(don't cause disease) and are non-opportunistic(will not harm you if your immune system is weak).

GeoMico restores the soil to its natural state, resulting in healthier crops, larger yields, greater profits and long term viability without damaging nature in any way. In the first year, six treatments of GeoMico are requiured. Thereafter only 4 applications are needed per year.

Another difference includes cost savings. It will cost RM2 a treatment to feed one tree using GeoMico compared to RM12 per tree using chemical fertilizers. Also, a big 120kg bag of fertilizer is needed to treat 1 acre of palm oil trees compared to just 100ml GeoMico B, 100ml GeoMico F and 16 liters of water for the same area. Using GeoMico, one saves on transport, storage and labour costs.
